- the house is measured according to specific standards to avoid possible discrepancies in deviant measurements;
- we write appealing texts that highlight the positive and unique aspects of your house;
- we have beautiful full-colour brochures printed;
- we inform our database of potentially interested parties;
- we inform other NVM estate agents within our region;
- we inform our followers on Facebook;
- we list the house on Funda and other housing sites;
- at request, we put up a highly visible For Sale sign.

The Sales stage
- we schedule viewings with seriously interested parties at times that suit you best;
- we schedule viewings as efficiently as possible, preferably consecutively;
- our experienced brokers ensure that every candidate gets more than enough time to look around and ask questions;
- after the viewings, we contact you immediately to give you the feedback we received from the viewers;
- we close the best possible deal that satisfies your needs.
Stap 03
The Conclusion stage
- we draw up a solid sales contract that includes all your interests and conditions;
- we make sure that the contract is signed as quickly as possible to give you more certainty;
- we assist in possible constructional surveys and valuations conducted by the buyers;
- we ensure a smooth delivery on the day of the transfer;
- we join you at the notary’s office;
